ECO LINE Sharps Containers

The “ECO LINE” series from USON PLAST comprises sustainable sharps containers for use in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. 

Made from 100% recycled material, the series is developed to reduce CO2 impact and the consumption of fossil-based plastics.

• The containers are made from recycled, impact-resistant PP (polypropylene), which offers minimal risk of injuries caused by penetration
• Our production uses 100% solar and wind energy, which reduces the CO2 footprint from production to zero
• The containers are produced in Denmark according to ISO 9001 standards
• The products meet the requirements for UN 3291 and provide optimal protection for healthcare personnel
• Standard colour: Yellow - but also available in black
• Private labeling is possible for large orders.
• Reversible closure can be safely fixed
• Containers are waterproof when closed

USON Lid with Syringe Detachment

Lid with mandatory holes for needle detachment. The lid offers both temporary and permanent closure. For permanent closure, the flaps must be bent downward before being pressed into the holes.

ECO LINE Material                                             

​Polypropylene (PP), 100% recycled material.

​​Using 100% recycled material reduces the CO₂ footprint by at

least 50% compared to virgin material (Klima-kompasset.dk).
